REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Booking of Yogaretreats at TinTing is done either online on the site, on email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone +47 97671253. The booking is complete upon confirmation by TinTing
Any booking can be cancelled without cost within 7 days after the deposit is paid. If a cancellation is sent during the weekend or a holiday, it will be registered on the first following work day.
For cancellation later than 7 days after payment of the deposit and before 42 days prior to departure we will charge an administrative fee of NOK 500,- 500.
For cancellation between this point and 15 days before departure, the deposit will not be returned. For cancellation within 15 days of departure no payment will be returned.
No payment will be returned if the traveler is late for departure or lacks valid travel documents, such as vaccination certificates, passport etc. By late arrival to TinTing without prior agreement, there is a risk that one’s booking has been taken by others.
TRANSFER TO OTHERS
Instead of cancelling a booking may be transferred to another person, if this is possible. Airlines tickets can rarely be transferred.
TinTing strongly advises our customers to purchase a good and valid travel insurance policy before departure, which covers cancellation on account of illness, accidents, theft etc.
Norwegian citizens require a visa for Senegal, check with your local authorities for your country. A small fee is paid and your visa is issued on arrival at the border, or at the Senegalese embassy in Gambia. On arrival via Dakar your visa is issued at the airport. We can assist in this.
All passports must be valid for at least six months after departure from Senegal.

TinTing is also subject to the Norwegian law for package tours. Any complaints against the courses, the course leader, the location, the food, the service etc must be made immediately so we have a chance to correct any defiency. If this is not possible and the customer wishes to lodge a complaint, the complaint must be made in written form within 4 weeks after the tour directly to us.
